I had no previous experience with You Pack until a company in Perth said that they sometimes dealt with this company, so I rang and spoke to them with some trepidation I might add. Well we moved from Perth W.A. to Moore Park Beach in Queensland, North of Bundaberg and I can honestly say I have never come across a more professional group of people than these. (And I don't think there's many of them LOL) They delivered on time; picked up on time and when we got here there it was in the driveway waiting to be unpacked and I might say we didn’t have one breakage. Just great all round service and I have since told all my friends about them too. Not only that but they were at least 20% cheaper than any other quote I was given in Perth, and I tried a lot!! I would like to thank You Pack Removals for the great service, the container was delivered door to door on time, with the truck operators assisting at both ends in dropping the container where suitable (also notwithstanding that I did not give a destination address until well after the container was dropped at the first premises). The price was also considerably cheaper than the nearest competitive quote, and also the household goods arrived in good condition showing that the container hadn't been bounced around or heavily shunted. I would give You Pack Removals 10 out of 10, and will recommend them to anybody considering using such a service.

I've been meaning to phone, but the days keep getting away from me, so decided to just email!
I just wanted to thank you for your exceptional service in transporting our container from the Northern Territory to Tasmania. What impressed me the most was that whenever I phoned, you answered each time, as opposed to speaking to someone different each call. I was also impressed that you were able to get hold of your driver promptly and promptly returned my call as promised. When we arrived in Tassie, the driver called me to arrange delivery about 5 minutes before I was going to call you, which shows the communication was as it should've been. Both drivers were also a pleasure to deal with. I love people who can competently carry out their job, but unfortunately it seems more and more that this is hard to find. A friend of mine waited 11 weeks for her furniture to be delivered to Tasmania from NT, so even though I wasn't using that company, it was still playing on my mind!
Thanks again, it was a real pleasure to deal with you and I'll certainly recommend you to anyone requiring your services.

Obviously you get lots of compliments in regard to your service, well this is no exception both Sue and I want to pass on our thanks to you, Tammy and all your staff who made our relocation to Cairns so easy and for your follow up in every aspect of the move from the first contact by quotation to arranging car transport and the staff you arranged for the offload.
