Today is the official launch of the Starlight Express Room in The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne!
The room is a wonderful place for both seriously ill children and their families to take time out from the challenging battles they are facing. It is a fun, safe and rewarding environment for everyone to be in. It is also extremely exciting and rewarding for You Pack Removals to be involved in making this happen.
You Pack Removals owners Stuart & Amy Berens we very lucky to be invited to attend this very special opening. Some exciting guest in attendance were Starlight luminaries Neil Perry from Rockpool & Kieren Perkins (pictured below)
The day was even more exciting as both Stuart & Amy had personally donated a massive $35,000 to help with the completion of the Starlight Express Room at last year’s Star Ball.
This donation is separate to the $50,000 that You Pack Removals is currently working to donate. The Starlight Moving Container is currently in Melbourne preparing for its maiden voyage.
